the staff were friendly and helpful . the hotel interior was well maintained. the reserved parking was a plus for me.
the bath and shower were difficult to access. the carpet and furniture had stains. the room faced a main road resulting in a noisy environment.

A Good Visit
prompt room change comfortable bed quality dinner full english
I appreciated the prompt room change facilitated by the receptionist upon my early arrival. The room was spacious, with a huge and comfortable bed. The dinner service was informal but of top quality. Breakfast was so good, the fruit and croissant option looking very nice, I opted for the full english.
The electric car charge points were slow, and their positioning inconvenient. This did affect my plans slightly.

Reception staff provided a warm welcome and efficient service upon arrival. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured a pleasant dining experience. The barman offered an excellent, friendly service.
